SoftPro is the complete application package for the title and closing profession. SoftPro is comprised of several main components, including:
• ProForm: The flagship SoftPro program that offers improved speed, accuracy, and control over every phase of the closing and title process.
• ProTrust: Designed for managing and reconciling one or multiple trust accounts.
• Pro1099: Automates the preparation of 1099-S forms for submission to the IRS.
• ProIndx: Allows you to create and maintain a comprehensive database of title index records.
• SPImage: Scanning and imaging software that enables you to de-clutter your file cabinets by using paperless files.
• ProScheduler: An advanced calendar and tracking system.

In 2002, SoftPro was acquired by Fidelity National Financial and is now part of our technology arsenal. Over 60 FNF operations including the West Tennessee Production Center currently use SoftPro, and have seen incredible advantages and efficiency gains by making the switch.

We offer support and training to our agents and approved attorneys who are utilizing Softpro. We also offer the ability to post questions regarding softpro issues to other users.
