New Tennessee Rate Filing 7-1-2010

On 7-1-2010, a new Tennessee Rate Filing went into effect for all of the FNTG brands.  The major change under this filing allows you to use a prior OWNER'S OR LOAN policy, within the last ten years as the basis for extending reissue rate to your customers.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 4-17-2010, there is no longer a Substitution Loan Rate in the Tennessee Rate Filing.
